How long will it take for my order to be ready for collection?
Orders are usually ready within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive an SMS/WhatsApp notification once your order is available.
What payment options are available?
We accept cash when collecting, card payments, EFT, and secure online payments.
Can I try on the sneakers at Gateway Mall before taking them home?
Yes, you can try them on when collecting. If the size doesn’t fit, you can exchange immediately (subject to stock availability).
What happens if my size is unavailable when I collect?
We’ll gladly arrange an exchange for another size or style, or process a refund if needed.
