- Chekich Gateway is an online retail platform with a collection point at Gateway Mall, Umhlanga, Durban.
- All products listed are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
2. Ordering & Payments
- Orders are placed exclusively via our online store: www.chekich-gateway.co.za
- Full payment is required at checkout before an order can be processed.
- Accepted payment methods include: debit/credit cards, EFT, and secure online payments.
- Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
3. Delivery & Collection
- Customers may choose between:
- Free collection at Gateway Mall, Umhlanga
- Nationwide delivery (PEP PAXI Available)
- Delivery times are estimated between 2–7 working days, depending on your location.
- Chekich Gateway is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Returns are refunded via online store credit only.

5. Exchanges
- Size exchanges are available upon collection at Gateway Mall, subject to stock availability.
- Exchanges requested after collection must follow the standard return process.
6. Product Authenticity
- All footwear sold by Chekich Gateway is 100% authentic Chekich, imported directly from Turkey.
- We do not sell counterfeit or imitation products.
7. Liability
- Chekich Gateway is not liable for:
- Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
- Wear and tear caused after purchase
- Delays or errors caused by third-party couriers
- Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
8. Privacy & Security
- Customer information (name, email, address, contact number) is collected for order processing only.
- We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
- Payments are processed via secure, encrypted gateways to protect your financial data.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Chekich Gateway website for:
- Fraudulent orders or false information
- Unauthorized use of payment methods
- Attempting to interfere with or manipulate our systems
