Chekich Gateway – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Chekich Gateway, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns
Customers may return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all packaging, labels, and tags attached.
Footwear must be returned in the original Chekich box.
Non-returnable items include:
“Final Sale” or discounted items
International orders
Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
- How to Process a Return
To request a return, please email info@chekich.co.za
with the following details:
Your full name
The email address used when placing the order
Your order number and proof of purchase (receipt included in your package)
A photo of the product and its packaging
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return or exchange.
- Collection Point for Returns
Customers who selected Gateway Mall Collection may return their items at the same location.
Online/nationwide delivery customers must follow the return instructions provided via email.
- Refunds & Store Credit
Approved returns will be refunded in the form of an online store credit/gift card equal to the purchase value of the item(s).
Original shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are not transferable to in-store purchases.
- Exchanges
If your size is unavailable when you collect at Gateway, you may exchange immediately (subject to stock availability).
Exchanges are only processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, you may return it for a full refund or replacement (if stock is available).
Chekich Gateway does not accept returns for products that are worn, damaged, or missing packaging.
- Important Notes
Returns or exchanges without proper documentation, original packaging, or proof of purchase cannot be accommodated.
Chekich Gateway reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for items returned in violation of these terms.
